How do I create an account?

How do I activate my account?

After registering, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link. Click it to activate your account. If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder. Still having trouble? Our support team can help finalize the activation.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No. Only one account per player is allowed. Creating multiple accounts is against our terms and may lead to suspension or cancellation of winnings. If you're having issues with your account, contact our support team for help.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
  • Click “Login” at the top right, then select “Forgot Password”.
  • You’ll receive an email to reset your password. You can also contact our support team (available from 9 AM to 11 PM) via chat, email, or contact form.
How do I verify my account? What documents are required?

Identity and payment method verification is required to withdraw your winnings.
Send the following documents to [email protected]. Make sure they are clear, in color, with all four corners visible:

  • A valid ID (identity card or passport)
  • Front and back of any bank cards used or proof for other payment methods:
  • Front: Show only the first 4 and last 4 digits, along with your name
  • Back: Hide the CVV code (3 digits on the back)
  • A proof of address (less than 3 months old) in your name
  • A bank account statement (RIB) in the name of the account holder
How can I become a VIP?

VIP eligibility is at the discretion of the VIP team. If you're selected, you'll receive an invitation by email. Make sure to check your inbox regularly.
